the address/number given below.

You can register online, and just fill out the form below and click the Register button.
- Cancellation and substitution policy
If you are unable to attend the conference for any reason, you may make substitutions at no extra charge
and we would appreciate prior notice. If you wish to cancel your booking, we require at least 21
business days
prior written notice. If you cancel at least 21 business days prior to the conference, an administration fee of 20% will be
charged. If full payment has already been made, the balance (less the administration fee) will be refunded.
If your cancellation notice is NOT received at least 21 business
days prior to the day of the conference, you will be
liable for payment of the full fee and will not be entitled to any refund.
If you wish to register more than one person, you will need to
submit a separate form for each registration.
